Comedian and Actress Erica Rhodes joins the program for a special one on one interview with Silas. Erica was out in Seattle performing at Laughs Comedy Club and Silas managed to get her to come on the podcast, but Manny was already booked up. But we had to still get an episode because Erica is incredibly funny and will likely take this whole show to new heights.

Erica Rhodes

Erica co-hosts Bil Dwyer’s Stardumb!, a game and talk show comedy hybrid that has sold out three times at San Francisco Sketchfest, and stars major guest comedy players like Zach Galifianakis, Simon Helberg, Oscar Nunez, Adam Scott, Mike White, and Maria Bamford.  She is also a fast-rising standup comic with appearances on Comedy Central’s @ Midnight, AXS’ Live at Gotham and the syndicated Comics Unleashed.  In 2015, she performed standup at San Francisco Sketchfest, the Moontower Comedy Festival (Austin, TX), the Blue Whale Comedy Festival (Tulsa, OK), and the Boston Comedy Festival.

Samantha Rund is an actor and comic who has performed all around the country. A graduate of Northwestern University, University of Washington (MFA in acting), and Second City’s Conservatory and Directing Programs, she found her way into stand up comedy and hasn’t looked back since. A versatile performer she’s appeared in countless plays, commercials, and independent films. Festival credits include: Burbank Comedy Festival, LA Diversity in Comedy Festival, Ventura Comedy Festival, Glendale Laughs Comedy Festival, and Funny Women Fest LA. About Our Guest

Lindsey is more than just a wonderful actor. Lindsey received her B.F.A. from Emerson University in Dance and Theater and her M.A. from Lesley University in Social Sciences with a focus on holistic health modalities and community development. She has worked and trained as a dancer, health instructor, muscular therapist and life-coach in Europe, Asia, and Australia for more than thirteen years. In this time, she attained degrees and certifications in Muscular Therapy, Thai Massage, Enneagram Coaching, Career Coaching and the full sweep of Pilates practicum. This broad international experience is reflected in her integrative practice methodology.

When not in the studio Lindsey continues to pursue her artistic side through writing, performing and storytelling. She is blessed to have a pigeon pair of beautiful children and a “totally awesome husband.”

Her most recent endeavor is producing for Abundant’s web series Locally Grown and moderating Abundant Story Playground – and experiential experience for writers to strengthen scripts in progress and actors to strengthen character skills. Lorraine also has more than 15 years of experience as a professional acting coach. In addition to her film work, Lorraine is an award-winning communications professional with more than 13 years of experience in marketing, writing, media relations and conceptual and business development. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts, Three-Camera Technique Certificate from Los Angeles Valley College, and a PR Certificate from University of Washington.
